I have purchased my colored pencils from your company for quite a few years and the quality has continued to get worse. There is a lot of the pencils where the lead is not centered and a lot of them the wood is cracked all the way up the pencils.

I’ve colored with Prismas steadily for four years. They are great pencils for coloring books, with an excellent color palette, and soft, smooth cores which are highly pigmented.
